In Town Delivery (Only @ Statesville)

At present, our delivery service is exclusive to the Statesville area, covering an average distance of 5-8 miles from our store. The service is directly managed by our dedicated team upon receiving your order. Please note that there may be occasions when online ordering is unavailable due to limited staff availability on certain days. Delivery incurs a fee of $5.99, which, along with all tips, directly supports our drivers and is a token of customer appreciation for their efforts in maintaining this service.

Monday-Thursday 11am-6pm

Friday and Saturday 1pm-8pm

Pick-Up In Store

Shop online and swoop by our street store (Huntersville Coming June 2024) to grab your goodies within an hour of purchase, as long as it's during store hours. The cherry on top? You dodge those pesky delivery fees.

Your order will be reserved at the store for three calendar days. If it is not collected within this 72-hour window, we will cancel the order and restock the items. The refund will be processed immediately on our end, but the time it takes to reflect in your account will depend on your bank or credit card provider's policies. Once we initiate the cancellation, the process is beyond our control. Should you need us to hold the order beyond 72 hours, please contact us, and we will delay the cancellation. NO CASH RETURNS!

Online shopping security is no joke, but here, it's taken more seriously than a squirrel guarding its nuts. Our store's cyber security, especially during billing, is tighter than a drum. Shop with us, and you'll have a blast knowing you're in safe hands!

Should you encounter any hiccups during checkout, feel free to ring us up and we'll lend a hand where we can. Just a heads-up, we're wizards of retail, not banking, so card tricks aren't in our repertoire. We get a glimpse of orders only when they're beamed over for processing. If our phone wizardry fails, we'll gladly keep your item safe at the register. Just swing by the shop, let us know what's caught your eye, and we'll sort out the payment spell together.

Return Policy

At both Locations- Occasionally, disposable devices may be defective. We recommend testing your disposable devices before leaving the store. Exchanges for the same item will only be made if the defect is verified in-store before departure. For all other defective merchandise, exchanges are subject to the situation and require the store manager's approval.

Our store policy is clear: once you've made a purchase, it's yours to cherish, as we don't offer refunds for buyer's remorse on any items!

Coils, replacement glass, and pods cannot be removed from packages. If you are unsure which device or tank you have that requires a replacement part, we are happy to examine the device in person to help identify the correct piece for purchase.

We do not offer cash refunds for online purchases. An order may be canceled before it is picked up or delivered, and the refund will be issued via PayPal. The refund will be processed promptly on our end; however, the time it takes to appear in your account is subject to your bank or credit card provider's policies. After we initiate the cancellation, the process is out of our control. Online Pickup purchases must be picked up within 72 hours, but can be held longer if you notify us by Phone before the 72-hour Mark. if not notified before the 72 hour mark the order will be canceled and the refund is issued via PayPal same as any other canceled online order.

HempRoom By Vapehouse Website and Services are run by the Stores Staff. We do not outsource to other delivery services.

First and foremost:

  • Our policy mandates that staff verify ID for each order to ensure that the correct customer receives their order and that they are at least 21 years old. Only a valid physical photo ID is acceptable; pictures of IDs, expired IDs, or IDs that raise suspicion will not be accepted. Merchandise will not be released until ID verification is complete. While refunds for products are issued, delivery and handling fees are non-refundable. Customers are required to acknowledge and consent to age verification in multiple sections, as well as to the terms and conditions on this page. Handling fees apply to every order to cover store services and order preparation. Delivery fees are charged only for delivery orders and contribute to our drivers' compensation. The refusal to provide proof of age and identity is the responsibility of the customer, not our drivers or our establishment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service at any time. Should an order be placed and we subsequently refuse service for any reason, refunds will be issued.

    **Management will decide on fee refunds based on the situation. For instance, if our driver can't deliver because the order placer isn't present for ID verification at the chosen time, no products will be delivered, and the order amount will be refunded. However, management may still charge delivery, handling fees, and tips. We understand unforeseen events occur. If you must leave before your delivery time, please call the store immediately at 704-872-6880 to reschedule. Failure to notify us may result in the retention of all fees, with only the product cost being refunded.

  • Customers have the convenience of selecting their delivery times, choosing the 30-minute window that best fits their schedule. The driver may arrive at any point during this window, so it's crucial to be present and ready to receive your delivery upon their arrival. Please note, drivers cannot wait for late customers. If you're not available, our team will promptly reach out to discuss next steps and options. Additionally, we retain the discretion to decide if fees and/or tips will be included in any refund provided.

  • Orders for in-store pickup will be retained for three days. The purchaser must collect them. Alternate arrangements can be organized via telephone; however, the designated individual must be at least 21 years of age and present a valid photo ID.

  • We value all feedback, both positive and negative. Please do not hesitate to contact our management team with any comments. Should you encounter any issues on our webpage, we urge you to inform the store via phone immediately so that we may promptly resolve the problem.

  • Our company is committed to providing convenient delivery and in-store pickup services to our customers. However, the safety of our staff is our top priority. As such, we are unable to accept cash on delivery. Our drivers are not equipped to provide change and will carry only the items ordered in their vehicle, which means they cannot add to or alter orders upon delivery. This policy is in place to minimize any risks to their safety. Should our drivers feel unsafe at any delivery location, they have the right to refrain from stopping. In such instances, we will promptly reach out to the customer to discuss alternative solutions. We strive to accommodate our customers in the most efficient manner while safeguarding our employees, especially considering the nature of the products we deliver. We value our customers' business and understanding in these matters.

  • We're a team of animal enthusiasts, but we're aware that dogs can sometimes be the guardians of their domain. If there's a chance your furry friend might not be keen on a new face at the doorstep, we'd appreciate figuring out a delivery strategy that keeps tails wagging. Our process involves snapping a photo of your ID for our records and getting signatures on receipts, which means mingling with our team for a brief moment. To avoid a juggling act with leashes and pens, or an impromptu game of chase, let's make sure your four-legged pal is comfy with the plan.

  • A handling fee of $1.99 will be applied to each order to cover the selection of items, the cost of supplies such as bags, the fees associated with maintaining this website, and other various expenses. This fee is essential for our service and cannot be discounted or waived.

  • Delivery fees are applied to all delivery orders. These fees are allocated for drivers, assisting the store in maintaining a fleet of drivers with adequate fuel and ensuring they remain on our payroll.

  • 100% of tips go directly to the drivers, and we are immensely grateful for every tip given! Our drivers are the backbone of this service, and we cherish and aim to retain them!
